All members will be subject to the regulations of the constitution and, by joining the UMYC, will be deemed to accept the regulations and code of conduct that the UMYC has adopted. Further details on the GDPR can be found on the UMYC website and at the website for the Information Commissioner (www.ico.gov.uk). For the purposes of the GDPR, UMYC will be the \u201ccontroller\u201d of all personal data held about members.<\/p>\n<p><strong>RYA Affiliation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>UMYC is affiliated with the RYA.
